Mor-Gran-Sou Electric Cooperative provides safe and reliable electric services in parts of Morton, Grant and Sioux Counties. 

From Mandan to the wide-open countryside, our focus is providing electric service that meets the needs of our members throughout our cooperative territory.

Voting Districts

Mor-Gran-Sou Electric Cooperative is governed by nine, member-elected, board of directors. Each is elected to represent a specific geographical area with our cooperative's service territory.

Here is how the board seats are currently apportioned: 

  • At-Large: One director represents the entire service area, not tied to a specific area.
  • Grant County: Two directors represent the Grant County portion of the service area.
  • Mandan Area: Two directors represent the Mandan Area.
  • Morton County: Two directors represent the Morton County portion of the service area.
  • Sioux County: Two directors represent the Sioux County portion of the service area.
