Ways To Pay

At Mor-Gran-Sou Electric Cooperative, we understand that managing your electricity expenses should be seamless and straightforward. This is why we have various options to pay, designed with your comfort and control in mind. Whether you're a tech-savvy enthusiast or prefer traditional methods, we offer a range of options to cater to your preferences.

Auto Pay

The Automatic Payment Plan allows members to pay their monthly electric bill from a checking or savings account. The payment will be made automatically on or around the 15th of each month. 

Create your SmartHub account

Click the SmartHub Login icon on our home page. When the login screen appears, select “New User? Sign up to access our Self‑Service site” at the bottom of the page.
Please note: It may take up to 30 minutes after enrollment before you can access your account.

Set up autopay

Once your SmartHub account is active, log in and navigate to:
My Profile → My Information → Manage My Stored Payment Accounts
Then select the Auto Pay Program link on the right side of the screen to set up recurring payments.
We also continue to accept payment by check, money order, or cash if you prefer.

View your usage information

After enrolling, you’ll have access to a variety of helpful tools on the Mor‑Gran‑Sou website. You can view your usage history and even compare two months of usage side-by-side to better understand your energy consumption.

Use the SmartHub mobile app

For added convenience, you can download the SmartHub app from the app store for your smartphone. The app provides the same account access and usage information available on our website.
