Please verify that the issue is not related to your electrical system prior to making a report.
When reporting an outage, please be able to give the following information:
- Account number, last name and/or meter number
- Do you know what caused the outage or where the trouble is?
- Location
- Time you discovered you didn't have power.
Service Fee
Please keep in mind that Mor-Gran-Sou Electric will service all line trouble or outages up to and including the yard pole. This does not include the member’s yard light or its switch control unit. Should a member report an outage and Mor-Gran-Sou Electric’s lineworkers determine the circuit breakers (switches) on the yard pole in the "OFF" position, which was the cause of the outage, a service fee will be charged to the member. It is very important that members check their own wiring, fuses or switches.
