Coincidental Metering

Coincidental Metering provides an avenue to Commercial & Industrial customers in controlling their peak demands.

• The Commercial member must pay the actual cost of the metering equipment to capture interval demand.  The customer must pay $50/month facility charge to remain in the program.
• Mor-Gran-Sou (MGS) will read the meter monthly.  The specialized metering equipment records readings at 15-minute intervals.  A comparison between the date and time MGS reached its monthly demand peak against the customer’s demand at the same date and time, and the account is billed accordingly.
