Payment Options

You may pay your electric bill in person between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm (CT), Monday through Friday at the Flasher Headquarters located at 202 6th Ave. W., Flasher; or the Mandan Service Center at 2816 37 St. NW, Mandan.  For making payments after regular office hours, night depositories are located at the Cooperative headquarters’, the Mandan Service Center, and the Fort Yates Service Center facilities.  Payments may also be made by using the Automatic Payment Plan, VISA or MasterCard credit/debit card, or the E-Bill Pay Online option.  Another payment option available is levelized billing.
