Payment Options

You may pay your electric bill in person between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm (CT), Monday through Friday at the Flasher Headquarters located at 202 6th Ave. W., Flasher, or the Mandan Service Center at 2816 37 St. NW, Mandan.  For making payments after regular office hours, night depositories are located at both the Cooperative headquarters’ and the Mandan Service Center facilities.  Payments may also be made by using the Automatic Payment Plan or a VISA credit card.  Other payment options include budget or levelized billing.
