D. Locating member owned wiring and cable

1. The Cooperative offers underground secondary wire, and or fault locating as a service provided through its electrician's department.
2. The Cooperative will inform the member that locating problems sometimes occur and the Cooperative does not guarantee the location is accurate nor will the Cooperative be liable for damages due to inaccurate locating of the cable.
