E. Estimated Billing

1. The Cooperative may estimate the bill of any member when a meter reading is not received. Any bill rendered on an estimated basis shall be identified as such.
2. When it is necessary to estimate a member’s usage for billing purposes in lieu of using an actual meter reading, the estimate will be based on the actual usage for the previous three (3) months and their account will be assessed a fee.
