• Reviewed and approved the April Board meeting minutes
• Approved refunds to estates
• Approved a special equipment and a work order inventory
• Reviewed bid information on the Roughrider Substation
• Approved management to proceed with sale of MGS Cablevision, Inc.
• Heard update on the Flasher office renovation
• Approved a labor-only construction contract
• Heard reports on department updates, financial information and statistics,and meetings attended

July 22 - Flasher office tentatively - 1:00 p.m. CT
August 25 - Mandan - location tba - 1:00 p.m. CT
September 24 - Flasher office - 1:00 p.m. CT
