Your directors understand that to remain a successful cooperative, it is important to look at the economic forces that affect Mor-Gran-Sou Electric Cooperative and try to make determinations about the future. In an effort to meet Rural Utilities Service’s (RUS) obligations and manage the cooperative’s equity, Mor-Gran-Sou did not have a general capital credit refund in 2007.
