Non-Member Customers

1501 As a condition of using, receiving, or purchasing any Cooperative service, and unless otherwise determined by the Board, a non-member customer shall be bound and abide by all duties, obligations, liabilities, and responsibilities imposed upon members but shall have none of the rights granted to members, such as the right to vote or the right to capital credit allocations and retirement.
