B. Billing Frequency

1. The Cooperative endeavors to read the meter on or about the 1st of each month, and render a bill on or about the 5th of each month to every member in accordance with approved rate schedules.
2. Payment is due on the 20th of the month or the first working day thereafter if the 20th falls on a holiday or weekend.
3. Final bills will be rendered upon disconnect and if not paid within ninety (90) days from the mailing, the final bill will be turned over to the collection agency.
